The room wasn't anything like the pictures online. It was dark and overlooked a shaft. cigarettes were everywhere. on the roofing directly below.

I found the location excellent, right by the duomo. the room was clean and met my needs. the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided all necessary amenities. i appreciated that the room was cleaned daily.

The elevator was quite small. It was hard to move luggage when checking out.

i appreciate the help of the young man at the front desk, he was a good local reference. my triple room was very clean, the bedding was appropriate for the warm weather. it had clean white sheets, one as fitted, one as cover. i like That the housekeeping staff were very friendly and good.

the room i had was Nothing like the pictures i saw online. it felt very dark, bare, and overlooked an interior shaft with cigarettes scattered below.
